Heleen Woest has a ministry and website called Women Struggling with Food.
She has written an ebook, God will I ever be Free?,and also developed a Biblical based 12 Week Online Program with coaching videos to help ladies break free from eating disorders and food addiction.
Heleen has walked the difficult road of overcoming food struggles herself.
She also facilitated support groups for women for many years and based her program on years of research, as well as the experience she's gained from her own struggles and observing the ladies in her support groups.
